ADJUSTING THE SIDE PANELS                                      To close a side panel
1. Adjust:                                                  a. Remove the quick fastener screws “1”.
 • Side panel position
NOTE:
The side panels “1” can be tilted back 30 mm
(1.18 in) for added ventilation to suit the riding
conditions.

                                                            b. Push the side panel to the closed position,
                                                               and then install the quick fastener screws “1”.

   To open a side panel
a. Remove the quick fastener screws “1”.                                                             1

                                                            Make sure that the side panel is properly in-
                                                            stalled.

                                                            ADJUSTING THE RIDER SEAT HEIGHT
                                                            1. Check:
                                                             • Rider seat height
b. Pull the side panel to the open position, and        NOTE:
   then install the quick fastener screws “1”.              • The rider seat height can be adjusted to one of
                                                              two positions to suit the rider’s preference.
                                                            • The rider seat height was adjusted to the lower
                                                              position at delivery.

3. Remove:
 • Rider seat height position adjuster “1”
NOTE:
Remove the rider seat height position adjuster
by pulling it upward.

                                                             d. Align the high position projection “d” on the
           1                                                    bottom of the rider seat with the “H” position
                                                                slot “e”, and then push the rear of the seat
                                                                down to lock it in place as shown.

   To change to the high position

                                                                To change to the low position
                                                             a. Move the rider seat holder cover “1” to the up-
                                                                per position as shown.

b. Install the rider seat height position adjuster
   “2” so that the “H” mark “a” is aligned with the
   match mark “b”.
