TROUBLESHOOTING
The battery is not being charged.
NOTE:
• Before troubleshooting, remove the following part(s):
1. Front cowling right inner panel 1

   1. Check the fuse.                         NG →
      (Main)
                                                          Replace the fuse.

           OK ↓
   2. Check the battery.                      NG →
      Refer to “CHECKING AND                              • Clean the battery terminals.

   3. Check the stator coil.                  NG →

   4. Check the rectifier/regulator.          NG →

                                                          Replace the rectifier/regulator.

           OK ↓
   5. Check the entire charging system        NG →
      wiring.                                             Properly connect or repair the charging
      Refer to “CIRCUIT DIAGRAM” on                       system wiring.
      page 8-29.

           OK ↓
   The charging system circuit is OK.
