TROUBLESHOOTING
Any of the following fail to light: headlights, high beam indicator light, taillight, license plate light, front
turn signal lights or meter light.
NOTE:
• Before troubleshooting, remove the following part(s):
1. Front cowling assembly
2. Fuel tank
3. T-bar

   1. Check the condition of each bulb             NG →
      and bulb socket.
      Refer to “CHECKING THE BULBS                              Replace the bulb(s) and bulb socket(s).

           OK ↓
   2. Check the fuses.                             NG →
      (Main, headlights, ignition, and haz-

   3. Check the battery.                           NG →
